    Students Learn about Yellowstone

This spring, third grade students are studying America’s National Parks.  Each student is conducting research on a national park, utilizing the recently expanded Kearns Library collection of books on the subject.

Recently, the third grade gathered in the Kearns Library to participate in a distance learning class; Park Ranger Heather Basak called via Skype from Yellowstone National Park and taught the students about Yellowstone’s history, geology, and wildlife.
